Although there are communities of men where unironic expressions such as "no fat chicks!" or "what an old hag" are accepted and praised, broader society tends to condemn such communities of men as boorish and low class, while rushing to praise young women who condemn unattractive men as "creepers" and "pervs".

In both cases, it is generally better just to keep our mouths shut, to appreciate when others take an interest in us even if we cannot bring ourselves to return such an interest, to find other ways of firmly signaling that we are not interested or not available without humiliating those who find us attractive.
