The majority of those in power have no responsibilities to anyone other than themselves. They do not care for those who are "under" them. If such was the case, as I said, you wouldn't see heaps of homeless, starving, and war-devastated people in the world.

They do have responsibilities. The People are just bad at demanding they be met.

And you could have really chosen better examples of wrong things. All those three are natural states of humankind; and being away from them is what takes the active effort. Yes, yes, it isn't always, maybe not even generally, the people in power who solved them. But measuring them by that is like measuring them by the existence of gravity.

Those in power have always been worshiped and revered far more than they have been loathed.

Yes, that's why God endorses Ånarchy.

Ask the royal family of England.
