Boston Globe reporter Kevin Cullen has been suspended for three months for making up stories about the Boston bombing in 2013.

Cullen was part of the team that won a Pulitzer Prize in 2014 for its coverage of the Boston bombing, but Cullen was also part of the famous "Spotlight" investigative team that won a Pulitzer Prize in 2003 for claiming to expose cover-ups of sexual abuse within the Catholic church. He was a co-author of 'Betrayal: The Crisis in the Catholic Church'.

The "Boston Globe" investigated several years of his work and claims they found no other wrong-doing, but it doesn't appear that they investigated as far back as 2003. It makes you wonder what they might have found?

Boston newspapers have a renowned history for biased reporting and fabrication of stories which goes back centuries.
