Let's suppose we have a magic wand and can make the law writers bend to our wishes.

What should the law agree to?

Would there be an age limit? Age disparity? Intergeneration?

Would there be full intercourse? Fellatio? Cunnilingus? Mutual masturbation? Water sports? Bondage? Buggery (anal intercourse)?

What about recanting permission after the fact?

What if the pretty little girl says yes but Mommy or Daddy or both say no?

What about incest and how do you define it?

Prostitution?
