My personal impression of autistic people, while sometimes annoying to me on a personal level, is that they show no ill will nor hidden agenda toward others. In the case of LG's, it should not be so much of a surprise that their thirst for knowledge and lack of social judgement can often meet with the autist's tendency for sharing pure truth, to arrive at a place of mutual interest or even mutual attraction. It's probably not a comfortable truth. It is simply truth.
