You don't need therapy. You need HER. Or, in her absence you need strength in the memory of her.

I know what you are feeling. It won't go away. Not with therapy. If you are lucky it will go away when she moves out of your AOA.

Hang in there brother and take every opportunity to be with her. Just don't lose control of yourself.
