First off it is not a stupid question. You care for this girl and that is understandable. In Serbia I believe there are some doctors from an organization called Doctors without Borders. Now I can't be sure they are still there but try and get some local information on them. Medication can help control the illness to an extent but she is going to need more. She will need what is called a bonemarrow transplant if I understand your discription of the illness correct. This is a very painfull surgery and time consuming in that you need to find the right dooner [sp]. it may become necesary for her to go to another country for the operation. And I need to be honest with you, the disease you discribe is a form of cancer and although there have been many strides in dealing with cancer the fact is we still don't have a cure.
