I think right now there's nothing in place to be able to use this energy that is sex appropriately with a child.

Therefore if anything happens, whether it being sane, or insane like real abuse, it can be made awkwardly, and there are many factors also, since a person attracted to a child usually can never live any kind of sexual relationship with one, to me it could be too much all of the sudden for him/her to take or to control if it happens, and horrors can happen.

It's like, don't eat for a few days and then be given a steak on a plate, you would probably jump on it and devore it violently without caring for anyone around!...
The current context of society might make this kind of situation happen unfortunately.

And add to that the context of silence since if anyone lives a relationship with a child, no matter how it was it will have to remain "silenced" after that for fear of terrorism.
So the current laws (and people's mentality on this in general) don't help in any way in preventing real abuse, it in fact might be the #1 reason why horrors happen...

Since there is nothing in place for anyone to be able to somehow deal with this energy sanely don't be surprised when you hear a child has been abused...

As long as they will remain closed on the subject and not make a place for us in the system somehow real abuse will continue to happen, and horrors that could've been prevented, maybe even easily, will continue to happen.
