Girl Love... Obsession

Do you believe that Girl Love can turn into the less healthy "Obsession", especially sexual-obsession whereby the person's main objective seems to be defined as "obtain sexual gratification from", which can inturn lead to depression and more anger at the way society treats pedophiles in general?

Have you ever "Obsessed"? Do you believe Girl Lovers can become Obsessed in the above way, do you believe that it is perfectly okay to become obsessed solely with the sexual side of things?

I am not going to give my point of view on these matters until all is said and done. I am however curious as I seem to notice in various places persons who for want of a better explanation seem to have let their sexual identity turn them into pedophiles who are overly obsessed with the sexual element, with any other situation being more or less irrelevant.
