Thank you for sharing these GMs. I like the sound of the little wobbly-toothed girl, with her books about fairies. Fairies are good. :)

The story of the beautiful yet forlorn waif is sad, though. If you regularly talk to her friend - the fun but unsexy one - couldn't you make further enquiries? You could mention next time you see her that you thought her friend looked sad, and she might tell you what her story is. You never know, there might be something you can help with.

I don't get this bit, though...

Am I missing something? I don't see a conflict. You can help someone that you are attracted to. I suppose I'd probably shy away from it, as I would be scared of how people would construe my motives, but I don't know. Maybe if I had a wife - and one who understood me, as I think you said yours did - I might ask my wife if she could be a sort of go-between in any help that I gave, and that way there'd be no way it could look predatory from the outside. But I'm just making up rubbish off the top of my head, now. I don't even know what sort of help we would be talking about...

I hope she finds her way to a happier life, anyway. :)
