Panties Questions (Not GM-ish)

So...
I was very peacefully walking under the sunny afternoon. Then my school uniform radar detected, at 10 o'clock, about 100 feet away, a girl about 7 or 8 in one of the sexiest uniforms I know of. Very nice, I thought.
Nicer yet when a change of position let me see her dark blue panties.
Then I was sitting in the bus, amused at the family who came in afterwards. Two boys and three girls and mom and dad. The oldest girl was somewhere 12-14, for some reasons her precise age was quite blurry to me. But she was the prettiest of the three, as unusual as it's for me to say so. Oh, and she too was wearing one of the sexiest uniforms I know of - another one, but also one ranked very high on my list. The middle girl was about 7, with a red Winnie the Pooh jacket, a pink shirt, and a light blue short skirt. She was probably the more curious and restless of the three, for what I could see. Then the youngest was about 5, and wearing a lovely kindergarten uniform jumper. She seemed the most intelligent and well-behaved. Except when she fidgeted in her seat, that is. Three different times she just moved her legs up - for just a second each time, but... couldn't help it... beautiful silky-seeming red panties, quite matching her jumper, I have to say (what a fashion sense!!)...
This set a session of internal reflection and questioning in my ever curious mind...
These two girls' panties were, for girls' standards, somewhat boring. But also, they really matched the rest of their outfits - the part that non-paeds see. And by boring I mean that they weren't full of hearts, stars, or cute drawings of any sort. As many other panties are.
Q1. Have you ever noticed the difference between girls' panties and boys' undies???
Boys' undies are universally boring!!! whereas girls' panties, as I explained, have lots of cute drawings...
Q2. Have you ever noticed how girls' match their panties with the rest of their outfits, while boys just don't care one way or the other???
(You can have boy undie moments thanks to low pants - enough to see what they are like)
Q3. Have you ever wondered the reason of the difference between girl and boy undergarments??? Have you reached an answer???
(I haven't)
Q4. In particular, why are girls' panties so cute; and why do girls match them with the rest of their outfit, unless we're supposed to watch??????
Makes no sense otherwise, imho.
