And you could also presume that the reason a DEA agent might not let you challenge their flour=heroin claim is that lab reports proving smack to be cut might encourage overdosing on the pure stuff.

You could guess anything conforming to your belief and you'd be equally right because they want all claims to be equal. They aren't afraid of this in any other evidential request.

And of course you know that the "will encourage the uninterested" arguments are only associated with "soft drugs." They never treat PCP as a "gateway drug." So if your analogy were true, it would only establish that what they wanted to show was "soft" and already appealing to the population on the whole.

The silliness of the notion that exposure "creates" desire could be better made clear if one were to argue that evidence proving a case of Copyright violation on a legal Homosexual Pronz video cannot be shown to the public 'cause we're afraid of mass-conversion of the Str8s when they see two guys enjoying each other.

There's plenty of that on the internet. Has looking at it converted you yet?
