... the antis/nons use it to say "sexual abuse is so bad kids are so scared to tell someone" when the more likely scenario is that kids don't want to tell, don't care enough to tell, or enjoyed the experience and have no reason to tell at all.

Most "sexual abuse" is genital touching, not penetrative painful rape. This kind of "abuse" in reality is not all the psychologically harmful to a child, even if it was forced, it just isn't. Not until third parties instill as much iatrogenic harm as possible.

Of course I do not say this meaning sexual abuse is okay, it is never okay, but we must be logical about these things as well as differentiate between abuse and consent.
