The US is losing both wars, and has been losing after the first two months of each.

So how do you help our kids feel safe in school? Isn't this about people killing our kids? Is anyone listening to them? No? Not even the pedo community?

Well, the simplest way would be not to send them to school. I'm sure the kids will be happy with my proposal too.

Mostly, the real solutions involve what we have discussed here on their own: stop sexual repression; stop stigmatizing boys for acting like boys; stop drugging kids; stop making school ever more homogenizing and structured around obedience (and stop making teachers immune to everything). And yes, teach kids to respect the power of firearms.

(There were many failures in how this guy was treated all of his life, and even down to the last few years, months, weeks. This was certainly avoidable)

Short of that, I don't get why arming teachers (as does Israel) (or having armed security, if teachers refuse) is such anathema. Why should schools not have first responders always on premises?

Then again, if the FBI had done its job and investigated a published threat to a specific school from a specific guy, instead of chasing Russian ghosts to blame for Donald Trump, this would have been avoided too... really! Do your jobs!
