I say this while still conflicted on 3-D printing of lethal weaponry for anyone with an internet connection. (I've seen the extremes of people who have internet access, and mental stability is NOT a requirement, though I support the US constitution as well.)

Yeah... uhh... there needs to be a re-evaluation of 16-year-olds in the age of the internet and instant access to any and all info or nefarious indulgences which place you in a much different category at age 16 than when you once wore saddle shoes and had a milkshake at the car hop. I'm far from mocking those times, but the present-future has arrived, and nailing male human beings to a cross for not having the power to reject it is not doing society the favors that would result from teaching underage teens how to be appealing to men who go to jail for responding in kind.
