Suppose someone takes a cartoon character like Penelope and draws her in some sort of sexual situation. Just a drawing. Doing sexual things with Ralph.

I know it would be illegal here in Canada and probably in the States. But WHY is it illegal? What if I were to draw big and little stick figures on a piece of paper "doin' the deed"? Are stick figures illegal, too?
