It seems like a recent development

It seems like at least being attracted to teenagers was taboo minimally to not at all just a few decades ago - my thinking is that it's just another thing that got sucked into the "child protection" black hole.

Now things involving teenagers are as psychotic and stupid as anything involving children. I remember watching an episode of "The Sopranos" - they call a young guy, maybe in his 30's, who had consensual sex with one of his high school students - maybe 17 years old, a child molester. Yeah, OK...

Eventually things have to swing back in the direction of sanity.
