I think the truth is:

Normalizing children's sexuality and giving them sexual rights and freedom (in other words, acknowledging children's ownership and control over their own physical forms) is the answer as far as eliminating (or at least vastly reducing) not only child sexual abuse but also other forms of abuse such as neglect, various emotionally abusive scenarios, and of course corporal punishment and physically lashing out....

And that answer is too astonishing, or too shameful, or too anti-lucrative for the wrong people to first - realize; second - consider; and third, admit.

And I can see that clearly.
