One word I really really hate... Grooming. Why? Just why do people call it grooming? Are we monkies in a zoo now? Why don't they just call it what it is... Conditioning.
I got in trouble once, because I heard someone say "grooming", and I impulsively blurted out "good grooming is the key to success! :)". Yeah, they were not impressed.
