"One can believe all that and still make a very strong case that a decision to initiate adult-girl sexual activity is always wrong."

But it is hard to make the case that the justifications shouldn't also apply to Women, or to people in general.

If there is potential future regret, then it exists for all. If there is asymmetrical benefit, it exists for all, if there are concealed benefits, they exist for all. I still haven't seen a case to be made about permitting consent that doesn't extend to children, nor one about denying it that shouldn't be applied to previous minorities that have already struggled for their sexual rights.

Though I should also admit that I often hear of cases where the party who would never have "initiated adult-child sexual activity" was I'll prepared by the dominance of that model to resist the child initiating child-adult sexual activity.

Even the non-contact should consider the possibility that the child might be aware of all the risks of sex ( as they are discussed in materials aimed at teens everywhere, ) but be entirely unaware of the risks presented by prosecutors and LEOs getting their mitts on the child.

They are taught that the LEO is their friend in such matters. Maybe there ought to be a "scared abstinent" program that demonstrates how child "victims" are treated by the system at present.

At the very least, the better that all people are informed about the cruelty of the Justice system, the more likely that one of the two partners will act to avoid bringing harm to their beloved by placing them a position to be meat for a prosecutor.
