Maybe we're slaves because if we kill someone else, the State can take away our liberty, limiting our freedom?

Not only kill, but also love. Is a girl better off murdered by a man or, as desired, sexually pleasured by him? The penalties are about the same.

Regarding rights: Do pedophiles and little girls necessarily enjoy these hypothetical rights? I have yet to see the US far right - liberals or SJWs - defend such rights with the same fervor as homosexual or women's rights.
