Ethan is wrong. Usually he is stubborn. Many times he is illogical.

But he is also always respectful.

That's why even in our rolling of eyes, even us "extremists" also reply respectfully. (Indeed, I've been accused of being too soft on him).

And before Ethan, and even Markaba, there were Taffy, Moth and Lux. Other than Markaba, with whom some of the issues are personal rather than political, I have always been respectful. Respect begets respect.
