No, I never had any bitterness about my Extended Vacation. I was frustrated that society considered prisons to be the solution to crime of any kind. Of course, speaking of frustration, I also get frustrated when a dog insists on licking a wall outlet. Not sure what that little mongrel found so tasty in that one wall outlet. Not sure, either, why he never got zapped while doing it. Just had to laugh watching him try to mate with our very puzzled, MALE cat. Just marked it up as a very weird dog.

Debt to society? "...if there ever even really was one, from a girl lover perspective." No, I owed society nothing. I never thought that way, still don't, and never will think that way. Oh, sure, I am glad they fed me quite well, doctored a broken knuckle-bone, and gave me endless sources of amusement by answering my formal complaints about stair steps being too high (and following them with complaints about stair steps being too low.) Do you have any idea how much fun it can be manufacturing an arc welder using just a pencil, electrical wire, and 15 amps of electricity out of a broken prison cell light socket? The middle of the night, and my cell is flashing brilliant white. A C/O comes rushing up to see me sitting in my skivvies in the middle of the floor with three pairs of sunglasses on. (Shake down!) All they got was the metal tomato soup can I had (somehow) gotten from the chow hall. It had this strange hole burned into the side of it. I never got charged for it and, to this day, wonder why they never figured out what I was doing. (By the way, 15 amps without a transformer just doesn't cut metal very fast.)
