I was not aware that the situation was like that in Eastern Europe. Is it only the Balkan area, or does it also extend up north? Up here in Scandinavia it is (still) very similar indeed. :-)
Well, to be honest, I never travelled outside the Balkan area, but I can say that it is similar to that in Croatia. Though, CP is very illegal there and parents do seem upset about sex.
Oh, and, a friend of mine has been in Ukraine two years ago (summer 2001). He showed me the pics from the beach there, and believe me - 50% of the population were little girls there :)) Or he only took pix when there were LGs in the view.

Come to think about it, perhaps it is like that in all of Europe (not counting the UK)?

BTW, why is it that it is only the Anglo-Saxon countries that seem to be so uptight about sex? OK, that is probably generalizing, but that is the way it seems to me, for lack of better knowledge... Educate me, please. :-)
I can only guess that, but I believe that it's because of religion. It seems to me that people are much more religious in the US than in Europe (esp. Eastern Europe). Now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure that's the reason. Religion (Christianity, that is) only allows married people to have sex, so I guess that is the reason why sex is such a taboo in Anglo-Saxon countries.
