CAT Board--Finding Common Ground

I have been asked to moderate on the new CAT (Criminal Activity Today) Board set up by LILO, Magz and Payned. In all likelihood I will accept that position, as soon as I can get my stuff in order at home. As some of you are aware, I am in the process of moving--not far, about 5 miles away from where I currently live. But this room is a mess right now, though I should have most everything moved in about a week or two.

Concerning those who are complaining about the name of the board and other issues, you are being unreasonable. The board was named after Magz' and Payned's blog in order to keep them connected, not as a bias against peds. And since sexual contact with children, whether you support it or not, IS still a crime, the name is not inappropriate.

Furthermore, the ban against sites that promote pedophilia has been lifted, as you can read for yourself here ⛓️‍💥[Removed].

They really are reaching out to you all here. You should be grateful for that. We DO have some common goals--fighting child rape and incestuous abuse for starters. Helping children become happy, healthy, well-adjusted individuals for another. If you genuinely care about helping children, set aside your differences and let's work on the areas where we can make a difference together. A group of antis inviting peds to work together with them, including offering them moderator positions on their board, is unprecednented.

Please take advantage of this opportunity. Let's work toward understanding one another and doing what we can to help children who need help. As I said, there are a number of issues we can work together on: fighting physical and emotional child abuse, fighting rape and incest, educating the public about issues like breast ironing and genital mutilation and doing what we can to fight these practices. Let's not send the world the message that peds are unreasonable and uncompromising--it does not help us in any way to do that.
