This emphasises the point that children up to this age and a little beyond are so vulnerable. The power differential is inherent in the nature of adults and children, and how children generally view adults.

Yes, but the power differential can be a positive thing, because a child can not only recieve the romance and affection typical of a relationship among peers, but also a great sense of security and mentorship. It's the best of both worlds--romantic and parental love--rolled into one.

That sounded like an absolutely lovely moment, by the way, Jackson. It's really a shame the kind of negative thoughts people are trained to think about themselves... all for merely looking at pictures! I know that trianing me to simply ignore little girls would be damn near impossible, and I think a lot of people here feel the same way. I can only imagine the kind of shit you went through, and I feel for you.

And they say we're the ones who are masters of psychological manipulation?
