Was there a trial? Has there been any evidence presented? It was my understanding that all people are held as INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. I'm not aware of any indictment against this man for his alleged crimes. I would ask this simple question: What if the father was mistaken? What if the man was actually NOT hurting his daughter at all, but the father merely thought he was? See, this is why we have those "trial" things, so that we don't have to go on the word of just one man. No one single individual gets to be judge, jury, and executioner in this system.
