Whether it was intentional, or not. It was not an accident.

Have you ever been in a fight? It is not easy to kill someone with your fists. You actually have to be there, to act with intent to harm. In this case a man died.

This is not a "minor issue". It affects us all. Society, the law, our culture all allow that Child Lovers (aka molesters) have no right to life. We can be, and are, murdered. Whether it be by someone supposedly (no evidence presented so far that I have seen) catching one of us "in the act", or by some vigilante who makes a list of targets from a Sex Offender Registry, or by correctional officers setting one of us up in a cell with a known violent criminal.
