Legally the opposite of what must happen?
A relationship in which the older participant did not have honest intentions would not qualify as "truly mutual". Truly mutual relationships should be fairly obvious to anyone really paying attention. Can you specify what you mean by "primal urges" and supposed lack of self-awareness? From what I can see, suggesting that the potential for dishonesty on the one hand and honest mistakes on the other (I remain skeptical) may factor into a somewhat bigger picture isn't a way of challenging any of the assertions I made. The potential for the existence of "bad" shouldn't be increased by recognizing the good. What may happen is the "bad" is made much more apparent, which would negatively affect people who aren't girl-lovers but save a proportionate amount of children from suffering overall. ~ RBL |
