I'm not sure just what aspect of the situation qualifies as "enslavement" in your view. The particulars of IRS audits? Do you think taxes of any kind are a form of slavery? Or you like sales taxes or VATs better than income tax? Perhaps the government should get by on voluntary contributions? Or you want no government at all?
