As you have stated, and with which I agree, is that the criteria for legally recognized consent between a preteen and an adult (or older teen) needs careful consideration of the characters of the specific persons involved and the conditions and context under which they intend to conduct their relationship.
However, the formal process for becoming licensed as a certified pedophile is an independent evaluation which is not dependent upon any specific relationship. Clearly, in 2032, preteen girls are free to enter into a sexual relationship with any arbitrary adult (hopefully, except those previously convicted of sexual assault or rape). However, for her own safety, a preteen and her parents should preferentially consider a certified pedophile. Only in officially sanctioned relationships with certified pedophiles will girls and their parents receive legal assurances of respectful interaction, and speedy due process should those assurances ever be broken. |
