I'd like to state first and foremost that girls of all ages touch themselves. It is not necessarily sexual, since it just feels good to them. You can get mad all you want, but I did take the question seriously and answer it truthfully. But your scenario is total fucking fiction, and it sounds that way. Don't you have anything better to do than to make up shit like this?
