Test Driving

It's 2032, and preteen girls are able to legally have sex. However, because they are still considered to be children, they cannot yet marry. So, to address this, the custom of "test-driving" was established.

Parents freely allow their preteen daughters to gain both sexual and relationship experience by "test-driving" with "certified pedophiles".

A certified pedophile is a state-licensed adult (or teen) who has demonstrated a genuine love and respect for children, and who can be counted upon to maintain a tender and respectful loving sexual relationship with a preteen. As it is a well known and accepted fact that some preteen girls prefer girls, certified pedophiles can also be female.

Such relationships are ideal for several reasons, the main one being that most pedophiles prefer girls within a a specific AoA. Once a girl exceeds that AoA, the sexual attraction (and relationship) is largely over. The other reason is that preteen girls are still exploring the whole world of relationships, and cannot be expected to remain very long in any single sexual or romantic relationship.

Certified pedophiles enter into these liaisons fully aware of this. The upside is, as long as they retain their "certified" status, countless other preteen girls will be made available to them over their useful lifetimes.

[There is also a class of MAPs certified to respectfully sexually interact with toddlers and very young girls (eg 3-7yo), but that is another story.]
