U.S. Supreme Court abolishes U.S. government

Like many, I was surprised that the U.S. Supreme Court voted to uphold the health care law including its mandate for every citizen to purchase products offered by well-connected businessmen.

This law is, of course, so blatantly unconstitutional that the court was clearly signaling to the public that the U.S. government is no longer valid. After all, anyone with minimal reading skills can see for themselves what powers the U.S. Constitution gives to the government, and which powers are retained to the people. There is some room for interpretation, but when the court says that white is black it is clear that this institution is no longer within its role and that the whole governmental apparatus must be considered null and void, including this court whose own authority has been abolished. The territory formerly known as the United States of America can now be considered a failed state like Somalia, run by armed gangs rather than by a government that abides by the will of the people.
