Child rapists frighten, exploit, molest, and hurt children.

Of the 250,000 pedophiles in the UK (not saying I agree or disagree with that number), the only ones who need any real help controlling "urges" are the ones who have any desire to frighten, exploit, hurt, or molest.

I deeply pity the pedophile - especially that one with the mostly / entirely pedophilic sexual orientation - who has been so indoctinated as to believe that his affection is an "urge".
